Over 20 years of sales, analytics  and consulting experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry. Under graduate in BS Biochemistry; MS in Management. I have 2 Daughters- Sandhiya 26 & Rhekha 22Live in Austin. Lived in Montreal, Canada, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, San Francisco, CA, Jupiter, FL, Thousand Oaks, CA and now in Austin, TX I made money on every primary residence in every state that lived in.  It took me this long to realize that if I made money and most importantly that I enjoyed living in my own home. I feel home ownership is at the core of American Dream, and why not help others achieve this and make money as a result of it.
