Chak helped sell our primary home in a market that was cooling off especially for re-sale houses. He was patient, understanding and always ready to clarify things when asked.

Chak & Siva took care of the complete staging process, came up with a comprehensive list of renovations/upgrades that the house needed & provided truly affordable handyman/maintenance contacts to work on those. They clearly mentioned which items were must-have and which were good-to-have. This was important since we were in a time crunch to list the house.

Inspite of the cooling market, they conducted regular weekend open houses. Additional marketing coverage could've helped.

During offer discussions, he'd give us the full details & let us make the decisions without any pressure.
We eventually got an offer very close to the expected price. The sale was smooth thanks to Chak & the title company they work with.

We believe Chak can enhance the client experience & level of comfort by sharing detailed market data/statistics regarding home sales in the surrounding area.
