About Sivajyothi Rachumalla

Sivajyothi Rachumalla is originally from Chicago but has been living and working in Austin, Texas, since 2013. She has a master’s degree in computer science and has worked in the real estate industry since 2019.

Before becoming a Realtor®, Sivajyothi learned a lot through her investor friends. In growing and sharing that knowledge with others, she has become extremely passionate about assisting others in developing their personal wealth through residential, land, and commercial real estate transactions, as well as crowdfunding. She proved herself a natural: Within one year, Sivajyothi had closed a couple of hundred transactions of new and resale residential properties, $15 million in land and nearly $10 million in commercial real estate, and 80 leases.

Sivajyothi enthusiastically helps friends and family and enjoys analyzing opportunities for growing wealth through real estate.
