As with most educators, Sailaja is driven by a desire to help others and see them succeed. She initially got into real estate to help her friends and family identify the best possibilities. In dealing with various transactions, she found she enjoyed meeting new people, understanding their needs, and ultimately fulfilling them.

“As a first-time homebuyer, I faced many challenges and made some mistakes without knowing,” she says. “That shouldn’t happen to my clients.” Instead, she is eager to explain and guide people to make informed decisions on a journey that leads to their dreams.
